Every person has the right to examine and purchase a copy of any public record.
Requests will be accepted as follows:
- By Letter: Your request may be made in writing to: Abbi Sanchez, City Clerk, City of Hayden, 8930 North Government Way, Hayden, Idaho 83835.

- In Person: Public Records Request forms are available for completion at City Hall, located at 8930 North Government Way, Hayden, ID 83835.
Public records are available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The first 100 pages are provided free of charge, with the cost for additional pages being $.05 per page, plus 6% tax.
NOTE: ALL WRITTEN REQUESTS MUST BE SIGNED.
The City Clerk will respond to your request for information within three (3) business days of receipt.
